ITT-2024-02: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND SINGAPORE RESIDENCE IN JAKARTA

To all Potential Tenderers

 

1             You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Jakarta, Indonesia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Facilities Management Services to the Singapore Embassy and Singapore Residence in Jakarta.


2             This ITT contains the following:


a. Covering Letter;

b.  Annex A – Prescribed Form of Tender

c.  Annex B - Instructions to Tenderers;

d.  Annex C – Conditions of Contract;

e.  Annex D – Requirement Specification (incl Price Schedule & Evaluation Criteria); and

f.   Annex E – Sample Form of Agreement.

 

3            The prescribed Form of Tender at Annex A must be fully completed.


4            A compulsory Tender briefing will be conducted on 24 September 2024 at 1030hrs (Jakarta time) at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Jakarta. 5             Your Tender must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT. All tender offers shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy by hand, in a sealed envelope to Jl. HR Rasuna Said Block X/4 Kav No.2, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan 12950. The subject “Provision of Facilities Management Services to the Singapore Embassy and Singapore Residence in Jakarta” shall be clearly indicated on the envelope. All tenders shall be submitted to the Embassy no later than 15 October 2024, 1700hrs (Jakarta Time).


6             The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Singapore Embassy.
